New Fitness Classes
We invite you to new fitness classes with Natalia Zyguła!
Tuesday at 17:00 – Ladies Styling
These are classes meant only for women, we dance solo. Ladies styling is a combination of latino dances with body movement, so it work with your own body. You will learn basic steps of salsa, samba, cha-cha and rumba. During the classes we are not forgetting about exercises for isolating your movements and stretching, and also about strengthening the main muscle parts, such as abs, thighs, buttocks. We try to learn fluency in the movement and make every Lady feel confident on the dance floor.
Tuesday at 18:00 – Metabolic Training
Fast and effectively – that’s the best way to describe the class. It’s a system based on interval training, which goal is to fasten the fat burning process by awakening the metabolism. Strengthening exercises, which focus on developing the whole organism.
Saturday at 10:00 – Fitball
Exercises with a fitness ball with diameter 55-75 cm. These are classes belonging to the balancing exercises group. The classes are meant for people in different age and with different level of movement. The exercises engage the postural muscles, so stabilizing the whole body. Training combines elements of strengthening with relaxing and stretching.
Saturday at 11:00 – Metabolic Traning
